All orders received before 16.00 pm are usually sent the same day.

 



Once you have placed a order at ActionVideo.dk, you will receive an e-mail with an order confirmation.
The order are then send to be packed, and just as soon as it is packed - you will receive a new e-mail with a Track & Trace number.
- With this number you can track your package all the way from us to you.
Should the package disappear or otherwise become damaged, the shipment is covered by Post Denmark - so you're sure to receive all of your goods.
- Is the pack seriously damaged at the delivery time, it is important that you reject it.

1. How fast do I get my package?
We send all packets with Post Denmark - and the delivery time depends on your country.
Delivery in Denmark
 When you place an order, you have 3 delivery options:
- Erhverv med omdeling (This is the quickest delivery form - and it must be made directly to a business address)
- Privat med omdeling (Select this delivery form, if you wish to get the package delivered at your door)
- Privat uden omdeling (Select this delivery form, if you wish to get the package delivered at the nearest Post Office)
Delivery for international shipping (Greenland, Faroe Islands & EU)
- International shipping (invoice and packing shet will be attached for the customs)

2. What does it cost to receive the goods?
Shipping prices are calculated directly from Post Denmark fees.
- Erhverv med omdeling: 80, - (incl. VAT)
- Privat med omdeling: 80, -
- Privat uden omdeling: 65, -
- International shipping: 320, - (Greenland, Faroe Islands & EU)

3. Can't I receive my order by ordinary mail - it is much cheaper ?
As we do not have any proof of either shipping or receip of ordinary mails - and no insurance is available either - so to avoid delays, losses and unhappy customers, we have chosen to send Value Packets only. This way, you are 100% guaranteed to receive your order.

 

If you wish to pickup the products yourself, we can arrange this in either Lyngby or Frederiksværk - please give us a call. Usually we find a place and time that suits us all.

4. My package has not arrived?
You should have received an email from us with the Track & Trace number - Try open the browser and go to www.postdanmark.dk/tt, insert your T&T nr. and see the "last" location of the packages.
Have you chosen "med omdeling", and it has been more than 2 days - please look for a note from Post Denmark in you mailbox among advertising, newspapers or other letters.

5. What do I do if I wish to cancel a purchase / delivery?
If you regret your purchase within 14 days, please contact us at: support @ actionvideo.dk.
